Ritz Cracker Pie

3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
20 crackers, crumbled
1 cup pecans
l tsp. vanilla
whipped cream

To stiffly beaten egg whites, add sugar, baking powder, salt,
crackers (crumble by hand for larger crumbs), pecans and vanilla.
Pour into lightly greased 9" pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 325
degrees. Chill and serve with whipped cream.

I remember my grandmama making this for me. This recipe has been in our family for many years. It's the absolute best thing you can do with ritz crackers. It's so good! And you have to have the cool whip, it's an unbelievable combonation!!!
