Rhubarb Cobbler with Grated Pecan Topping

1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup chopped rhubarb
dash cinnamon
1/2 cup water

1/3 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup baking powder
2 Tbsp pecans, grated
1 1/2 tbsp butter
2 Tbsp milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix sugar, rhubarb, cinnamon and
water in a saucepan. Bring to boil and cook 2 minutes more while
stirring. Pour into an oven-proof glass casserole-type dish.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and grated pecans in a mixing
bowl. Cut the butter into this dry mixture. Stir in the milk.
Form into patties and float on top of rhubarb mixture. Bake in
oven for 25-30 minutes.
