Lime Cheesecake Pie

1 package graham crackers, rolled into crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter

2 (16 oz.) packages cream cheese (2 pounds)
1 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup unbeaten egg whites

1 1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix cracker crumbs wioth melted butter and pat firmly into the
bottom and partway up the sides of a lightly oiled 8" or 9" springform
pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and
sugar until smooth. Scrape down sidesof bowl and add lime juice.
Mix well. Add the eggwhites and mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour
into crust and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from oven and
cool for 10 minutes while preparing topping.

Mix topping ingredients together and pour on top of cooled pie.
Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.

Serves 6 to 8.
