Fruit Cobbler
Yield: 6 servings

1 c flour
1 c sugar
1/2 ts ground cinnamon
1 qt peeled, sliced peaches, dewberries, or apples
1/2 c butter

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Cut in margarine
with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is coarse and lumpy.
Arrange fruit slices or berries in an 8-inch-square baking pan.
Top with flour-sugar mixture. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven
for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
