1 cup milk 1 (4 oz) chocolate instant pudding 1 (8 oz) cool whip 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed 1 - 1/2 cups ***rocks 1 graham cracker pie crust
***Rocks - (any combination thereof) granola chunks, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts, etc.
Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. beat with wire whisk until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold whipped topping. Stir 1 cup of the cookies and "rocks" into pudding mix. Spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining cookies.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

This recipe a cowoker brought to work one christmas. So i thought that i would try to make it. I was amazed at how easy it is to make and it really taste great. A great summer treat that isn't hot or use heat to cook.
