Caramel Whipped Cream Pie

1 cup light brown sugar
7 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
2 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 pints whipping cream
1 Heath Bar, crushed
1 9-inch baked pie shell

Combine sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. In a bowl
combine beaten eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients and cook until
thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter
and vanilla, beating until smooth. Let cool. Beat whipping cream
until peaks form. Stir 2/3 of whipped cream into cooled mixture.
Pour into baked pie shell. Spread remaining cream over pie. Sprinkle
crushed heath bar over top and refrigerate. (This pie should be
prepared a day in advance.)
