Buttermilk 02

Buttermilk Pie
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbs flour
1 cup buttermilk
dash nutmeg or 1/2 tsp vanilla or lemon flavoring
1 Unbaked pie shell
Cream together margarine and sugar. Mix in eggs and flour and beat
until fluffy. Fold in buttermilk and nutmeg. For a slightly different
taste, you can eliminate nutmeg and add vanila or lemon flavoring.
Pour mixture in pie shell and bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
