Avocado Pie

8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 medium to large avocado, mashed
1 can condensed milk
3 oz container Cool Whip

Spread sour cream on sides and bottom of crust and refrigerate.
Blend avocado with lemon juice and condensed milk until smooth.
Pour into crust. and top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate for at least
1 hour before serving.

Although this recipe was easy to make and looked decent, the filling was too liquid and never firmed enough to cut like a pie. I had to freeze it--it became an Avocado Ice Cream Pie. It tasted good, but I was disappointed that it did not turn out as a regular pie. Is an ingredient missing?
